Safety and convenience are paramount
If you look closely at the top four survey results, it’s no surprise that executives and travelers fly private because of stellar safety and convenience benefits.
Inflight internet rules the experience
Clocking in at number five, however, is Internet Access: which clearly shows that staying connected and making the most of flight time is of great value to business passengers.
Comforts are just nice
Rounding out the results are comfort amenities such as food, entertainment, and updated cabins. These are the “nice to have” features, but not necessities.
