1. RF Analytics – Understanding RF, or Radio Frequency, is key to proper installation and effective troubleshooting of connectivity systems. This training session will introduce technicians to proper RF nomenclature and the antenna requirements relevant to Gogo Business Aviation products. Participants will learn to perform all tasks in an RF Cable Sweep analysis, including initial and through flight RF cable measurements and antenna VSWR. They will also learn to identify specific tolerances and overall system health using an RF Analyzer tool and cable specifications.

2. AVANCE Platform Products Training – Gogo AVANCE integrates connectivity control, entertainment and apps, smart cabin customization, and real-time, proactive support into one highly-configurable, personalized, sustainable, and unified technology platform. AVANCE products include L5, L3, X3, and SCS. In this 1-day training session, you'll learn how to install, configure, and troubleshoot the AVANCE platform of products. The training enables technicians and users to set up the customer account, verify provisioning, and  hand over to aircraft operator with a complete understanding of what is installed.

3. ST4300 Training – ST4300 is the equipment that enables voice and short burst data over Iridium, as well as FANS/CPDLC for operators. In this 1-day training session, you'll learn how to install, configure, and troubleshoot the ST4300 and associated equipment. The training enables technicians and users to set up the customer account, verify provisioning, and hand over to aircraft operator with a complete understanding of what is installed.

4. Customer Connectivity Resource Training for Flight and Cabin Crews – Whether you’re a pilot, a first officer, a flight director or attendant, you are the first line of support for passengers who use Gogo services to get online. If your passengers are inexperienced with the system, or if problems arise, they’re going to look to you to make things work. It’s understood that your most crucial role is not as an expert aviation electronics technician. But armed with a bit of knowledge and focused resources to help you, you’ll be positioned to make your passengers happy by helping them experience inflight connectivity the way it’s supposed to be experienced.

*Any cancellation made seven (7) days or less prior to class start date will be charged a $500 cancellation fee.
